These terms govern your use of Spire Discounts and any purchase you make. By using our store you agree to them.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors or refuse/cancel an order (we'll refund you in full if we do). Discounts shown are genuine.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
Delivery
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only, with free delivery on every order. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns & refunds
Under UK consumer law you have 14 days to change your mind on most new items. Faulty or damaged goods are covered too. Start any return or refund via our Support & Refunds page. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days once approved.
Second-hand items
Items in our 2nd Hand shop are pre-owned, sold as described and as one-off stock. Please read each item's condition and description before buying. Your statutory rights still apply.

Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You may close it at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
